Saturday 19th February

Jane is sleeping most of the time at the moment - in excess of 20 hours a day at the moment. She missed breakfast but did have a little custard (surprise, surprise) at lunchtime. She is comfortable, peaceful and not in any pain.

Be assured that when she is awake she is capable of issuing the clearest directions!

Jane's dear friend, Caroline, made a day trip from Edinburgh to see her today - it was lovely to see her and Leo and I were able to have lunch with her before she dashed back to the Airport.

Thank you all for your love at this time from all of us.

God bless you.

Sleeping allows the body to heal. I am glad Jane is pain free, and lucid when she awakes.
We saw Chronicles of Narnia last night and Aslan's words to Lucy that she needed to come to Narnia to get to know Aslan so that she could know him better in her world, stayed with me. C.S.Lewis was brilliant, time to revisit the Chronicles.
Jane's strength helps us draw closer to God, as I've said before, we are all blessed in many different ways, by her.
Keep looking after yourself too, Peter, while Jane sleeps.
Much love from a warm and cloudy Texas.
